Fees & Disbursements

Fees:

Upper Canada's fees are tied directly to the gross monthly rental revenues that our clients receive. Accordingly, the interests of the property manager are clearly tied to promoting the interests of the owner.

Our fees cover all regular services including leasing and rent-up, administration and co-ordination of routine maintenance.

Disbursements:

Upper Canada Property Management charges back disbursements with no additional administration fee. Typical disbursements charged back at cost include the cost of advertising, credit checks, postage and payment of property taxes and mortgages.

A monthly accounting of all disbursements, complete with copies of invoices and receipts is provided to each of Upper Canada’s clients.
